A referral service
Manheim Drain Cleaning Co. is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals who clear drains. We do not perform the work ourselves, and this site is not a contractor.
Independent contractors
All work is performed by independent contractors, who run their own businesses and are responsible for their own work, tools, staff and the terms under which they serve you. Any agreement about a job, including its price and scope, is between you and the contractor. The technician explains the price before work begins. Any workmanship guarantee on completed work is provided by the contractor who performs it, and the technician explains how it applies to your job.
No guarantee of availability
We answer calls around the clock and dispatch a technician where one is available, but we cannot promise that a technician will be available at any particular time or place. Where we cannot help, we will say so.
General information, not professional advice
The content of this site is general information about drain problems and how they are handled. It is not professional advice about your property, and it cannot take account of your particular pipes or circumstances. Speak to the technician who examines your drain before making any decision about work on your home.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not copy its content for commercial use, or use it in a way that interferes with its operation. Photographs on the site are illustrative, and they do not show our contractors or their work.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the work, advice or conduct of independent contractors, or for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We may update them from time to time, and the effective date above shows the current version. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information from calls.
